Rzeszow Social Club is Steczkowscy Brother's new project, in which two prominent representatives of folk music, Wladyslaw Pogoda and Stanislaw Wyzykowski, take part. For over 60 years of performing on stage, they competed with one another over the fact who is the best performer of folk music. Wladyslaw has been awarded many prizes and audience attention as the leader of his band called Kapela Wladka Pogody from Hucina. Stanislaw, along with his band called Stachy z Haczowa, took the same path as his ‘adversary' - naturally, in accordance with the rules of fair competition. They did not forget about their rivalry however. Even when they are performing on stage together, one can hear the humorous lyrics and folk tales. Their zest, life satisfaction and off beat humor draw the attention of the audiences even more than before. It is worth adding that Rzeszow Social Club is a multigenerational project. The oldest member of the band will be 90 in 2009, the youngest on the other hand - 19. During the performance one can notice that such age difference is not a problem at all.
